| "I’ve seen Grace in action in multiple capacities and have great
confidence in her strategic insights and integrity. As a graduate of the Launch on Purpose
entrepreneurial program, she demonstrated her ability to learn and
adapt quickly. That’s the reason I hired her for a consulting
assignment. Serving as interim Marketing Director, she collaborated with
all levels of the client’s organization while managing several creative
consultants. Grace is always focused on the business objectives,
deadline and budget. She is unusually adept at juggling diverse
priorities and perspectives from multiple decision makers. From press
releases, bylined articles, webinars and events to drip campaigns and
refreshing brands, Grace effectively articulates the overall strategies
and efficiently steers the team to achieve milestones.” |

| "With an ability to wear multiple hats, Grace is equally
comfortable developing a communications strategy and community awareness
program, as she is writing copy and making phone calls for media
outreach. When we identified a couple of development opportunities and
online fundraisers requiring fast turnaround appeals to LifeNet's donors
and supporters, Grace was extremely responsive with email
communications to our contributors, volunteers and partners. Grace is
positive, enthusiastic and generously shares her energy and expertise to
support her clients." |

“Grace is my go-to for last-minute, quick-turn projects. I count on her
to ensure the communications align with the audience and program goals.
Grace is a trusted resource who not only puts out fires proficiently,
she delivers an alternate perspective and sound, strategic advice.“ |

“Because we’re so busy helping other nonprofits with their programs, we
didn’t have time to focus on our own promotions and positioning in the
marketplace. Grace created a communications plan that is actionable and
makes the most of our resources.” |

"Grace raised the level of promotions for our banquet to new heights.
She developed and distributed a press release and made certain we were
featured in all the media: newspapers, magazines, radio and community TV
-- including a Facebook promotion with a local newspaper. All the extra
attention helped us increase banquet attendance by 15% compared to last
year, resulting in higher contributions to wetlands conservation." |

| "I’m a newly self-employed inventor with a patent and a small business. I had worked with Grace at a previous employer and couldn’t think of anyone better for help with… well, everything! I needed web copy, marketing and advertising advice, and most of all a business plan. Grace’s knowledge of all of these facets has really helped open many doors and created so many opportunities, making my new venture a lot more fun and exciting than I could have imagined." |

| "Grace quickly understood the purpose, message, and target audience for my web site, God's Career Guide. I shared my communications goals with her and she presented an action plan to achieve the key objectives. She is sensitive to financial and time constraints and is continuously bringing fresh ideas that maximize available technologies to enhance our visibility. Grace has become a valuable marketing partner for God's Career Guide, and I look forward to continuing my professional partnership with her." |

"Grace, I want to thank you for all the wonderful advice you have given me - it's all been right on target!
You said to put out something to grab people's attention - yes! It really works!!! We tally the daily traffic count, and when we have an inflatable out, we get 4x the daily traffic. We had a snow globe with Snoopy, Charlie Brown and a Christmas tree mounted on top of the company van in a parking space next to our store. We couldn't do it every day, but on the days we did, we could really see a difference.
And, just as you suggested, I found another friend in the newspaper business. Now the Living Editor of the local papers says I am her go-to person (just what you said I needed) for any pet related articles!
Based on the statistics you sent, we started a loyalty program, the PetUtopia Passport. You recommended that we thank our best customers so we sent gift baskets with gift certificates and people love it! They are returning to our store with friends - as a destination - a fun shopping experience! They stay for a while, tell us how much they enjoy it, and tell their friends." |
